Are your services covered by insurance?

Services such as individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy are typically covered by insurance. Neurofeedback is covered by some insurances.  You will need to call your insurance company to request information on your specific plan.   If we use art therapy during your session, this can still be billed as individual therapy as art therapy is considered an approach to psychotherapy.

What insurance panels are you on?

I am on the panel for Medical Mutual insurance so that I would bill Medical Mutual as an in network provider.  Usually your co-pay for an in network provider is on your insurance card.  All other insurances are billed out of network.  To find your out of network coverage you would have to call your insurance company for that information.

What if I want to see you as an out of network provider?

Payment for services will be made at the time of service.  I will provide you with a bill with all the information you need to present to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do you take self pay clients?
